Chester County & Mainline Custom Bathrooms by Ariander Homes

Transform your basement from a storage area to a comfortable living space. Turn your ‘construction site’ looking space of your home into a space where you can cuddle up on a couch and watch a movie; or convert it to man cave/she cave or a playroom for the kids. The possibilities are limited by imagination only. Using the highest quality materials, we can make your vision come true.

Basements of the past were usually dark and unused places in homes. Ariander Homes has been trying to change that.

We turn dirty basements into beautiful living spaces and family fun areas of the home. Depending on the elevation either walkout patio doors maybe added or even what is known as egress windows. Popular additions are recreation rooms with a bar area, theater room, pool tables and more. Turn your scary dingy basement into a new area in your home that in many case becomes the go to area for the family to watch TV and enjoy a larger space for games.

For resale benefits a well done finished basement makes it very desirable to a potential buyer. In the Chester County and Mainline area most of the upscale homes have recently already a have built in finished basement or now are remodeling them with full bathrooms and wet bars. They really pop with the addition of often seen wide screen TV’s.
